Slovenian Transport Minister Radovan Žerjav visited French State Secretary for Transport Dominique Bussereau

On 4 December, Transport Minister, Mr. Radovan Žerjav, visited French State Secretary for Transport, Mr. Dominique Bussereau, with whom he discussed bilateral cooperation between the countries and the European issues. The main attention, however, was paid to transport priorities of the Slovenian Presidency. As the Minister stated after the meeting, he and his counterpart have agreed that cooperation between Ljubljana and Paris was very good and they committed to further improve it in the future.
As far as the European issues are concerned, the Minister and the State Secretary assessed the progress and the development of the Portuguese priorities. Mr. Žerjav also presented transport topics which are expected to be discussed during the Slovenian Presidency of the EU in the first half of the next year. According to the Minister, these topics concern transport safety, railway transport and the Western Balkans.
